With a partner, AMRAP in 30 minutes:

10 Wall Balls

10 Pullups

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

10 Hand-stand Pushups

* 1 athlete performs the movements, while second athlete Rows 20 calories

** Athletes may not rotate until 1 athlete completes all movements and the other completes 20 calories of rowing.

Total score = movements reps + calories rower
