1. Each athlete performs (one at a time, one person working at a time)

– 250m Row

– 20 Shoulder to Overhead (115/80)

then immediately:

– 100 Pullups

– 100 Deadlifts (225/155)

then immediately:

3. Each athlete performs (one person working at a time):

– 20 Box Jump (24/20)

– 20 Toes to Bar
