– 5 Front Squats

– 1 Jerk (Push or Split)

Conditioning

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

EMOM for 21 minutes:

– Min 1: 8/6 HSPUs

– Min 2: 15/11 cal Assault Bike

– Min 3: 15 Wall Balls (20/14)

* repeat 7 times for a total of 21 minutes; if the movements are completed before the minute ends, then you rest the remainder of the minute

** scoring: Round 1 is total HSPUs, Round 2 is total calories on AB, Round 3 is total Wall Balls
