Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 4, relay style*

AMRAP in 30 minutes:

– 1 rope climb

– 10 KB Squat Clean Thrusters 35/25

– 20 Deadlifts (185/135)

– 30 Abmat sit ups

– 40 DUs

* Relay style: each athlete performs a movement then tags the next athlete on the team to perform the same movement; after all athletes complete that movement, they move to the next. i.e.: each athlete completes the rope climbs, then proceed to the thrusters.
