Teams of 2,

EMOM for 10 minutes:

– Athlete 1: ME Assault Bike Calories

– Athlete 2: Hold Plank

– Rotate every minute

* if partner comes out of Plank, other athlete must stop bike

** score is total calories biked

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 2,

EMOM for 10 minutes:

– Athlete 1: ME Calorie Row

– Athlete 2: Hang from Pullup bar

– Rotate every minute

* if partner comes off pullup bar, other athlete must stop rowing

** score is total calories rowed

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 2,

EMOM for 10 minutes:

– Athlete 1: ME DUs

– Athlete 2: Hold bottom of squat

– Rotate every minute

* if partner comes out of squat, other athlete must stop jumping rope

** score is total DUs
