The barbell Bear Complex consists sequentially of: a Power Clean, a Front Squat, a Shoulder-to-overhead, a Back Squat, a Behind-the-neck Shoulder-to-overhead; then, return the bar to the ground for the next complex.

The movements may be modified, broken-up or combined in any way, so long as you do not Squat Clean into a Thruster—stand first.

You may rest anywhere but on the floor, not even to re-grip.
