CrossFit – Double Unders – Snatch

With a continuously running clock, complete 20x Double Under and 2x Snatch on the odd minutes, and rest the even minutes. Increase the Snatch weight each round—continuing as long as you are able.

Weights for men (pounds): 105, 115, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 150, 155, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, 185.

Weights for women (pounds): 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125.
