With a continuously running clock do one pull-up and one squat clean the first minute, two pull-ups and two squat cleans the second minute, three pull-ups and three squat cleans the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

When you hit fail to complete a round, continue going until 20 minutes has elapsed.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
